When finding tenants, TickledPink did all the advertising and interviewing and screening. TickledPink liaised with all of the necessary agencies and organised things such as safety checks on the gas heater.  As well as this, Tickled Pink organised for small maintenance jobs to be done, like fixing the shower door, tidying up the gardens, fixing a wooden fence and assisted with having someone to mow the lawns regularly. The thing we really appreciate about TickledPink is their excellent communication. Every email is answered within a day, and we are kept completely informed with everything. Because we live overseas, this is important for us. From start to finish, we have been really impressed with the service we have received from Tickled Pink and have no hesitation in recommend them as property managers.
