Notes re: Application Form
- Please supply your full name as it appears on your Birth Certificate.
- If you have changed jobs or landlords in the last 12 months, please also give your previous employer or landlord in the fields provided.
- For fields marked with an ' * ' that do not apply to you, please type 'n/a'
- Referees should not be members of your family or your close family or peers as they are considered to be biased. Please provide details of people who have standing in the community, that know you well and who we can contact for a character reference. For example a previous/current landlord, previous/current employer, a teacher, doctor, minister, lawyer etc. We are happy to make toll calls to gain a good reference. It is often difficult to contact people quickly, so the more names and phone numbers you give the easier it will be to make contact with one or two.

- Credit checks are conducted using your personal details via registered Credit Bureau's.
- If you prefer to apply in writing, forms can be picked up from our office, or are available at house viewings. Please post it to 20 Birdwood Avenue, Moturoa, New Plymouth
- Each applicant will need to complete their own application form.
