I have been working with TickledPink for close to 2 years now. Right from the outset I knew the agency was different to other property managers I have used in the past.

Different because they wanted to know what type of tenant I was looking for, and also as important, a tenant that was happy with me as a landlord. Sheryl and Sue are always available when contact is needed which is important to me, as well as being able to call on a number of tradies to sort out any emergency issues.

TickledPink has been nothing but amazing at managing our property. They were prompt to find tenants, address any issues with the house quickly and are always pleasant to communicate with. I couldn't recommend them more.

When finding tenants, TickledPink did all the advertising and interviewing and screening. TickledPink liaised with all of the necessary agencies and organised things such as safety checks on the gas heater. As well as this, Tickled Pink organised for small maintenance jobs to be done, like fixing the shower door, tidying up the gardens, fixing a wooden fence and assisted with having someone to mow the lawns regularly The thing we really appreciate about TickledPink is their excellent communication. Every email is answered within a day, and we are kept completely informed with everything. Because we live overseas, this is important for us. From start to finish, we have been really impressed with the service we have received from TickledPink and have no hesitation in recommending them as property managers.

Out of sight is definitely not out of mind when it comes having your family home looked after by TickledPink. Living in another province means I don't have to worry about a thing. TickledPink are professional and genuinely care about finding the right tenants for your property.
