David and Sheryl are the driving force behind TickledPink Property Management.
After 15 years in property maintenance and nine years in property management, David recognised the need for a better approach to the rental industry. Observing frequent, unnecessary confrontations between owners and tenants, he aimed to create a business focused on respect and clear communication. In 2015, he co-founded TickledPink NZ Ltd with Sheryl, bringing a fresh perspective to property management. Together, they established a foundation of rigorous planning, innovative methods, and a commitment to excellence. As the business expanded, Sue Broughton joined as office/property manager, ensuring precision in day-to-day operations, while Linnell Hellyer expertly manages the company’s financial matters. Today, Sheryl serves as the face of the company, with David overseeing property maintenance and management. TickledPink continues to uphold its mission of fostering positive relationships and delivering exceptional service to property owners and tenants alike.
